UPDATE: All lanes open — Crash near Gold Hill blocking southbound I-5 lanes

All lanes on I-5 are open, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation, but drivers should expect delays and congestion until the back-up clears.
The southbound fast lane of Interstate 5 has reopened following a crash and closure earlier this morning, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation. ODOT officials said motorists should still be ready for delays.
A crash near Gold Hill is blocking both southbound lanes of Interstate 5.
The crash happened at 11:08 a.m. near milepost 41, according to dispatch logs. The Oregon Department of Transportation said the crash is also slowing northbound traffic.
ODOT said northbound traffic will be detoured at exit 40. Southbound traffic will be detoured at exit 43.
