Felony arrests

Witness Tampering — Lucas Benjamin Molina, 25, of the 1000 block of North Third Street, Central Point. Medford police arrested Molina Wednesday on an additional felony charge of tampering with a witness. Medford police originally arrested Molina June 7 on felony charges of attempted first-degree assault and attempted use of a firearm. He remains lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday without bail.

Aggravated Theft — Justin Ray Dodd, 30, of the 700 block of East Nevada Street, Ashland. Medford police arrested Dodd Tuesday on felony charges of first-degree aggravated theft and an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of possession of a Schedule III controlled substance. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $100,000 bail.

Vehicle Theft — Garrett William Melton, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Melton Tuesday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $20,000 bail.

Vehicle Elude — Michael McKenzie Baker, 28, of the 1600 block of Valley View Drive, Medford. Phoenix police arrested Baker Wednesday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Cierra Leshae Vianne Oquist, 18, of the first block of Old Highway 99, Wolf Creek. Central Point police arrested Oquist Wednesday on felony charges of heroin and oxycodone possession. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance.

Vehicle Theft — Justin Carl Fakes, 34, no known address. Medford and Central Point police arrested Fakes Wednesday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and on a sanction charging parole violation on a previous meth possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Burglary — Jordan Richard Rock, 21, of the 7400 block of Highway 227, Trail. Medford police arrested Rock Wednesday on felony charges of first-degree theft and first-degree burglary, and on a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released.
