Felony arrests
Drugs — Raymond Everett Pitzl, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Pitzl Saturday on a felony warrant charging methamphetamine possession, and on warrants charging failure to appear in court on previous third-degree theft and second-degree trespassing charges. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released Sunday on his own recognizance.
Drugs — Devin Neil Hopkins, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Hopkins Saturday on felony charges methamphetamine possession, first-degree burglary and first-degree theft, and on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Sunday on his own recognizance.
Drugs — Keith Douglas Duvall Jr., 39, 100 block of Nick Young Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Duvall Saturday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine, two counts of first degree theft and a felony count of first-degree burglary. He was booked in the jail Saturday and released.
Drugs — Matthew Thomas Grigsby, 36, of the 1000 block of Jasper Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Grigsby Saturday on a warrant charging methamphetamine possession, and on charges of a felon in possession of a weapon, possession of methamphetamines and possession of heroin. He was released Sunday due of overcrowding.
Assault — Jesse Emmanuel Adame, 20, no known address. Medford police arrested Adame Saturday on felony charges of second-degree assault and third-degree robbery, and on misdemeanor charges of third-degree theft, second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment. He remained lodged in the jail Tuesday on $265,000 bail.
Drugs — Jason Alexander Reames, 37, of the 1200 block of Maple Park Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Reames Sunday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a weapon. He was booked in the jail and released Sunday because of overcrowding.
Drugs — Jay Weston Short, 29, of the 3200 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Short Sunday on felony charges of methamphetamine and heroin possession, felony warrants charging methamphetamine and heroin possession, misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing and third-degree theft, warrants charging failure to appear in court on previous meth possession charges and warrants for violating his probation on meth possession and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle convictions. He was booked in the jail and released Sunday on his own recognizance.
Drugs — Bradley Eugene Hillman, 25, of the 1000 block of West 11th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Hillman Sunday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, misdemeanor charges of reckless driving, resisting arrest and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked in the jail and released Sunday on his own recognizance.
Vehicle Theft — Taylor Ann Dickson, 23, of the 100 block of Inverness Drive, Medford. Talent police arrested Dickson Sunday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and on out-of-county warrants. He was booked in the jail and released Sunday on his own recognizance.
Drugs — Trevar Lance Windsor, 26, of the 8000 block of East Antelope Road, Eagle Point. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Windsor Sunday on a felony warrant charging heroin possession. He was booked in the jail and released Sunday after he posted bail.
Drugs — Ryan Stewart Lausmann, 27, of the 600 block of Midway Road, Medford. Central Point police arrested Lausmann Sunday on a felony warrant charging heroin possession, and on warrants for failure to appear in court on previous charges of meth possession, first-degree forgery, first-degree possession of a forged instrument, meth possession and driving while suspended. He was booked in the jail and released.
Vehicle Elude — Carol Ann Kinsella, 39, no known address. Central Point police arrested Kinsella Sunday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor charges of hit-and-run, recklessly endangering and second-degree criminal mischief, and on warrants charging failure to appear in court on previous charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, reckless driving, recklessly endangering, disorderly conduct and harassment. She was booked in the jail and released.
Identity Theft — Eulalio Lopez Jr., 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Lopez Sunday on a felony charge of identity theft, misdemeanor charges of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, fraudulent use of a credit card, and on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous charge of identity theft. He was booked in the jail and released.
Coercion — Diego Abraham Gomez-Lara, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Gomez-Lara Monday on a felony charge of coercion and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.
Hit-and-Run — John Alfred Mapstone, 38, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Mapstone Monday on two felony counts of failing to perform the duties of a driver to an injured person, misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, recklessly endangering and fourth-degree assault. He was lodged in jail Monday without bail.
Rape — Bruce Wayne Carrithers, 33, of the 2900 block of Juanipero Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Carrithers Monday on felony charges of first-degree rape and first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail Monday on $750,000 bail.
Burglary — Anthony Chase Zippi, 28, of the 1800 block of Hybiscus Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Zippi Tuesday on a felony charge of second-degree burglary and a misdemeanor charge of first-degree trespassing. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.
Drugs — Brian Antonio Mena, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Mena Tuesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and on warrants charging failure to appear in court on previous meth possession charges. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding.
Sex-Offender Registration — Thomas Carl Ruth, 48, no known address. Medford police arrested Ruth Tuesday on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $7,500 bail.
