Felony arrests

Criminal Mischief — George Allen Savage, 52, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Savage Monday on an felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief, and misdemeanor charges of reckless burning and second-degree disorderly conduct, and on a misdemeanor warrant charging him with recklessly endangering. He was originally lodged Thursday in the Jackson County Jail for violating his parole on a previous coercion conviction. He remained lodged in the jail Tuesday without bail.

Drug Possession — Alex Kool Harrington, 33, of the 400 block of Elm Street, Phoenix. Medford police arrested Harrington Monday on felony charges of methamphetamine and heroin possession, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing, and on warrants charging failing to appear in court on previous charges of meth and heroin possession, second-degree trespassing and second-degree theft. He was booked in the jail Monday and released on his own recognizance.

Impaired Driving — Stacy Marie Rivas, 36, no known address. Central Point police arrested Rivas Monday on a felony charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was booked in the jail Monday and released on her own recognizance.

Identity Theft — Tiffany Leann Chambers, 30, of the 1100 block of Murray Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Chambers Monday on felony charges of identity theft, first-degree forgery and first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail Monday and released on her own recognizance.

Hit-and-Run — Stephanie Ann Gunter, 49, of the 3300 block of Tahitian Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Gunther Tuesday on felony charges of failing to perform duties of a driver to injured persons, third-degree assault and attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, second-degree criminal mischief and recklessly endangering. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $250,000 bail.

Vehicle Elude — Glenn Anthony Allen, 38, of the 100 block of Cedar Street, Rogue River. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Allen Tuesday on felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and hydrocodone possession, misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and released on his own recognizance.

Drug Possession — Carol Jeanette Escalante, 50, of the 1800 block of Hibiscus Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Escalante Tuesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. She was lodged in the jail Tuesday on $10,000 bail.

Drug Possession — Joseph Manuel Reyes, 38, of the 2500 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Reyes Tuesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and released on his own recognizance.

Sex Offender Registration — John Thomas Haynes, 58, no known address. Medford police arrested Haynes Tuesday on felony charges of failing to register his address as a sex offender and methamphetamine possession, and for violating his parole on a previous second-degree robbery conviction. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Drug Possession — Lena Gail Odell, 41, of the 8800 block of Butte Falls Highway, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Odell Tuesday on felony charges of methamphetamine and heroin possession, misdemeanor charges of felon in possession of dangerous weapons, and for violating her parole on a previous heroin possession conviction. She was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Vehicle Theft — Dustin Gene Patton, 26, of Eugene. Medford police arrested Patton Tuesday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police, and on warrants charging failure to appear in court on previous charges of fourth-degree assault, disorderly conduct and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $26,500 bail.

Court Appearance — Cody Gene Bartlett, 21, of Klamath Falls. On Tuesday, Bartlett made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and released on his own recognizance.

Drug Distribution — Tyler Justin Boje, 22, of the 700 block of Pine Street, Ashland. Talent police arrested Boje Tuesday on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing heroin and manufacturing, distributing and possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and released.

Drug Distribution — Jessica Nicole Robertson, 30, of the 4100 block of West Griffin Creek Road, Medford. Talent police arrested Robertson Tuesday on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing heroin, manufacturing, distributing and possessing heroin, and on out-of-county warrants for possessing and distributing heroin and possessing cocaine. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $610,000 bail.

Court Appearance — Charmagne Victoria Reavis, 47, of the 1200 block of Freeman Road, Central Point. On Tuesday, Reavis made her initial court appearance on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail Tuesday and released on her own recognizance.

Crime reports

Vandalism — Medford police took a report of vandalism to two vehicles at 6:09 a.m. Monday in the 100 block of Cottage Street. The rear window on a Ford Explorer and the driver-side window on a Chevrolet vehicle were reportedly shot out. The damage was valued at $1,000.

Vandalism — Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle at 7:40 a.m. Monday in the 1600 block of East Main Street. The driver's side window was reportedly shattered and the vehicle's frame was dented. The damage was valued at $1,000.

Theft — Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 4:48 a.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of Vancouver Avenue. Items reported stolen included a DeWalt power tool set, hand tools, a lumber rack and toolbox. The loss was valued at $4,000.
