Felony arrests

Theft — Justin Allen Fisher, 29, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Fisher on a felony charge of first-degree theft and a probation violation for a previous charge of delivering oxycodone. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $7,500 bail.

Drugs — James Robert Bennett, 35, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Bennett on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. He was booked in jail and released due to overcrowding.

Driving under the influence — Zenaido Quinonez-Aispuro, 27, of the 8200 block of 23rd Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Sunday arrested Quinonez-Aispuro on felony charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and attempting to elude police in a vehicle and misdemeanor charges of reckless driving, interfering with police and attempting to elude police on foot. He was booked in jail and released due to overcrowding.

Drugs — Eric Thomas Stoll, 24, of the 2100 block of Hill Way, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Stoll on a felony charge of possession of heroin and a parole violation for a previous charge of manufacturing heroin within 1,000 feet of a school. He was lodged in jail on $35,000 bail.

Sex offender registration — Keipher Kelbey Allen, 21, of the 500 block of Hodson Road, Gold Hill. Rogue River police Sunday arrested Allen on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender. He was booked in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs, weapon — Jesse Robert Butisbauch, 25, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Sunday arrested Butisbauch on felony charges of possession of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine and felon in possession of a restricted weapon and a parole violation for a previous possession of heroin charge. He was lodged in jail on $27,500 bail.

Vehicle theft — Ronald Jones Jr., 39, of the 300 block of North Ninth Street, Central Point. Medford police Sunday arrested Jones on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail.

Robbery, vehicle elude — Charles Paul Kwiatkowski, 35, no known address. Ashland police Sunday arrested Kwiatkowski on felony charges of attempted, second-degree robbery and attempting to elude police in a vehicle and misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and menacing and parole violation on a previous charge of a assaulting a police officer. He was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail.
