Felony arrests

Drugs — Christopher Michael Soares, 32, of the 2600 block of Tennessee Drive, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Soares Tuesday on additional felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine, first-degree theft and felon in possession of a firearm and a federal charge, and on a misdemeanor charges of possession of a concealed firearm. He was originally lodged in jail Friday for violating his probation on a previous first-degree forgery conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail.

Impaired Driving — Robert Eugene Godin, 53, of the 900 block of Cherry Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Godin Monday on a felony charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, and on misdemeanor charges of driving while suspended and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail Monday and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Shelby Ann Dean, 22, of the 1800 block of Williams Highway, Grants Pass. Rogue River police arrested Dean Monday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. She was booked in the jail Monday and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Nayah Katherine Addington, 23, of the 400 block of Second Street, Rogue River. Rogue River police arrested Addington Monday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and on out-of-county warrants charging heroin and hydrocodone possession. She was booked in the jail Monday and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Johnny Joey Delacruz, 37, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Delacruz Monday on a felony charge of methamphetamine police, and on misdemeanor charges of attempting to elude police on foot and tampering with evidence. He was booked in the jail Monday and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Patricia Angelique Worley, 34, of the 1300 block of Upper Applegate Road, Ruch. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Worley Tuesday on a felony charge of heroin possession, and on a sanction for violating her probation on a previous meth possession charge. She was lodged in jail Monday without bail.

Theft — Sydney Paige Holguin, 22, of the 500 block of Countryside Drive, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Holguin Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail Tuesday and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — John Thomas McCutcheon, 49, of the 400 block of North Phoenix Road, Medford. Medford police arrested McCutcheon Tuesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous third-degree robbery charge. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.
