Felony arrests

Robbery — Heather Rene Ulrey, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Ulrey Thursday on a felony charge of third-degree robbery, and on misdemeanor charges of third-degree theft and first-degree trespassing. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Thursday and released Friday because of overcrowding.

Aggravated Theft — Rashawnda Rae Johnson, 31, of the 800 block of Forest Glen Drive, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Johnson Thursday on felony charges of aggravated first-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. She was booked in the jail Thursday and released Friday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Eric Martin Siebold, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Siebold Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, on out-of-county warrants for failing to appear on charges of first-degree trespassing and third-degree theft, and for violating his parole on a previous unauthorized use of a motor vehicle conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Theft — Daniel Michael Aranyos, 25, of the 400 block of Alder Street, Central Point. On Friday, Aranyos made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree theft and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Parrish Jake Baumer, 25, of the 4500 block of Cloudcrest Drive, Medford. On Friday, Baumer made his initial court appearance on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Stephanie Ann Hargis, 33, of the 600 block of North Bartlett Street, Medford. On Friday, Hargis made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing heroin. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Sebastian Jay Silva, 19, of the 700 block of Agate Street, Medford. On Friday, Silva made his initial court appearance on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Elude — Robert Alan Audell, 45, of the 200 block of Pardee Lane, Grants Pass. On Friday, Audell made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, and on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicant and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Jordan J. Disney, 32, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Disney Friday on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin. She was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — William Joel Ferguson, 60, of the 5000 block of Dodge Road, White City. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Ferguson Friday on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing methamphetamine, first-degree theft, and manufacturing and possessing marijuana. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Theft — Andrianna Robyn Tillitz, 23, of the 1300 block of Rogue River Highway, Grants Pass. On Friday, Tillitz made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree theft and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Heather Dawn Starnold, 45, of the 200 block of Willamette Avenue, Medford. On Friday, Starnold made her initial court appearance on felony charges of possessing and distributing heroin. She was booked in the jail Friday and released on her own recognizance.

Sexual Abuse — Layton William Hallman, 27, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Hallman Friday on a felony charge of first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail Friday on $250,000 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 1300 block of Mt Pitt Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen red Troy-Bilt lawnmower at 1:48 p.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $1,500.

Theft — 3000 block of Bullock Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen Mirraco BMX bike at 4:46 p.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $1,100.

Theft/Vandalism — 1800 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen hood and engine parts from a vehicle at 4:55 p.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $1,600.

Theft/Vandalism — 5200 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle theft and damage to a home at 9:59 a.m. Friday. A motorhome's windshield and a metal fence post were reported damaged. The damage was valued at $2,600.
