Stolen goods, drugs seized in White City
A search warrant yielded thousands of dollars worth of stolen recreational gear, a stolen firearm, and dealer amounts of marijuana and methamphetamine in White City.
On Friday morning, the Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force, Jackson County sheriff's deputies and Medford police department's special weapons and tactics team surrounded William Joel Ferguson's home at 5068 Dodge Road, and seized more than 100 pounds of processed marijuana and about 4 ounces of methamphetamine, along with a stolen drift boat, a stolen all-terrain vehicle and a stolen enclosed trailer, according to a release issued by Medford police.
The stolen goods all belonged to different victims, but together police said they were valued at $15,000.
Ferguson was booked in the jail Friday on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing methamphetamine, manufacturing marijuana and three counts of felony first-degree theft. Jackson County Jail records as of Saturday evening show he has since been released.
On the property, investigators found 11 firearms, one of which was stolen out of Grants Pass, according to police.
