Felony arrests

Vehicle Theft — Rebecca Keanna West, 24, no known address. Talent police arrested West Tuesday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance.

Manslaughter — Kyle Leon Miller, 24, of the 100 block of Edith Circle, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Miller Tuesday on a felony charge of second-degree manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, failing to perform the duties of a driver to an injured person and a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in the jail Tuesday on $500,000 bail.

Vehicle Theft — Richard Steven Kohl, 25, of the 11100 block of Blackwell Road, Central Point. Phoenix police arrested Kohl Tuesday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle, and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Identity Theft — Alyssa Dawn Pepper, 31, of the 8200 block of Lower River Road, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Pepper Tuesday on felony charges of identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card, and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance.

Burglary — Adam Eugene Skinner, 34, of the 400 block of Merlee Circle, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Skinner Tuesday on felony charges of first-degree burglary and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree criminal mischief. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday because of overcrowding.

Impaired Driving — Justin Russell Marshall, 39, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Marshall Tuesday on a felony warrant charging driving under the influence of intoxicants, and on warrants for failing to appear on previous charges of reckless endangering. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $5,000 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 600 block of South Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:01 a.m. Monday. A set of four wheels and tires were reported stolen. The loss was valued at $3,000.

Burglary — 1000 block of Welcome Way, Medford. Medford police took a report of a burglary to a business at 9:43 a.m. Monday in which 14 power tools were reported stolen. The loss was valued at $1,660.
