Vehicle Theft — Troy Anthony Jones, 46, no known address. Medford police arrested Jones Thursday on additional felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree burglary, and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree criminal mischief. Medford police originally arrested Jones Wednesday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police in a vehicle and violating his probation on a previous third-degree robbery conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Thursday on $40,000 bail.
Drugs — Johnnie Alvarado, 36, of the 700 block of Wabash Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Alvarado Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and for violating his probation on a previous meth-distribution conviction. He remained lodged in the jail Thursday without bail.
Vehicle Theft — Christian Joseph Raymond Fort, 26, of the 900 block of Dark Hollow Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Fort Thursday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing a stolen vehicle, and for violating his parole on a previous first-degree burglary conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.
Rape — Caleb Josef Bell, 19, of the 600 block of Hueners Lane, Jacksonville. Ashland police arrested Bell Thursday on felony charges of third-degree rape and third-degree sodomy, and on misdemeanor charges of third-degree sexual abuse and contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday after posting bail.
Identity Theft — Rachelle Ladessa Kezer-Later, 43, of the 6500 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. On Thursday, Kezer-Later made her initial court appearance on felony charges of identity theft and first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.
Burglary — Cameron Michael Rohde, 29, of the 2500 block of Falcon Street, White City. Oregon State Police troopers and Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Rohde Thursday on felony charges of second-degree burglary and attempting to elude a vehicle, misdemeanor charges of third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree theft and second-degree trespassing, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of second-degree burglary, conspiring to commit second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, providing false information to police and carrying a concealed weapon. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $33,500 bail.
Sex Offender Registration — Ricky Reay Graves, 58, no known address. Talent police arrested Graves Thursday on felony charges of failing to register his address as a sex offender and a misdemeanor charge of failing to register as a sex offender on his birthday. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.
Burglary — Matthew John Mortinson, 39, of the 700 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Mortinson Thursday on felony charges of first-degree burglary and first-degree theft and a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $35,000 bail.
Burglary — Skiler Brys Lewis, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Lewis Thursday on felony charges of second-degree burglary and possessing methamphetamine, and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $20,000 bail.
Theft — First Block of South Barneburg Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 10:34 a.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included two mountain bikes, a Reddington fly rod and reel, Sage fly rod cases, bike tools and a garage door opener remote. The loss was valued at $11,825.
