Felony arrests

Assaulting an Officer — Daniel Ray Heauser, 25, of the 500 block of South Ivy Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Heauser Thursday on felony charges of assaulting a police officer and possessing  methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of distributing heroin and resisting arrest, and for violating his parole on a previous conviction for possessing oxycodone. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Sunshine Sweetwater Klein, 44, of the 800 block of Faith Avenue, Ashland. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Klein Thursday on a felony charge of failing to register her address as a sex offender. She was booked in the jail Thursday and released Friday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — David Allen Frasure, 28, no known address. Rogue River police arrested Frasure Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor warrants charging him with first-degree trespassing and second-degree theft, a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous second-degree theft charge, out-of-county warrants for failing to appear in court on charges of possessing a forged instrument, possessing heroin and methamphetamine and second-degree theft. Medford police also arrested Frasure Friday on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Friday on $65,000 bail.

Criminal Mischief — Kelli Jean Cruz, 38, of the 200 block of Acorn Street, Merlin. On Friday, Cruz made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree trespassing and second-degree disorderly conduct. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Laura Ann Aguiar, 31, of the 500 block of South Shasta Avenue, Eagle Point. On Friday, Aguiar made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance.

Impaired Driving — Justin Rulon Gulbransen, 27, of the 100 block of Felkner Road, Grants Pass. On Friday, Gulbransen made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and on a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Nicole Leann Helling, 26, of the 2700 block of Falcon Street, White City. On Friday, Helling made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing heroin and methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance.

Vehicle Theft — Clinton Tylor Anchors, 25, of the 1200 block of Woodrow Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Anchors Friday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail Friday on $7,500 bail.

Drugs — Christopher Allen Alvarez, 31, of the 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Alvarez Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing and second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail Friday on $15,000 bail.

Burglary — Dylan James Stradford, 29, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Stradford Friday on felony charges including 12 counts of second-degree burglary and 12 counts of first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Friday on $180,000 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 2000 block of La Connor Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 5:44 p.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included Oakley lenses, multitools and personal documents. The loss was valued at $1,200.

Theft — 1100 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 3:35 p.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included golf clubs, two fishing rods and reels, a Stihl gas chainsaw and fishing tackle box. The loss was valued at $2,000.
