Vehicle Theft — Jordan Ladon Wallace, 25, of the 1700 block of Tanglewood Lane, Medford. Medford police and Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Wallace Wednesday on two additional felony counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of third-degree robbery, first- and second-degree theft, possessing methamphetamine, fourth-degree assault, harassment, second-degree criminal mischief, first-degree trespassing, driving while suspended and providing false information to police. Medford police originally arrested Wallace Tuesday on warrants for failing to appear in court on other previous charges of possessing meth, first-degree criminal mischief, attempting to elude police in a vehicle and reckless driving, and for violating his probation on previous convictions for meth possession and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday without bail.
Attempted Murder — John Robert Hermann, 32, of the 1000 block of Barlynn Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Hermann Tuesday on felony charges of attempted murder, first- and second-degree assault, felon in possession of a weapon, manufacturing a destructive device, and on a misdemeanor charge of tampering with physical evidence. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.
Assault Conspiracy — Stephanie Allison VanCleave, 45, no known address. Medford police and Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested VanCleave Tuesday on a felony charge of conspiring to commit first-degree assault, a misdemeanor charge of tampering with evidence and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine, supplying contraband, driving while suspended and second-degree theft. She remained lodged in jail Wednesday on $75,000 bail.
Drugs — Nicole Renee Poston, 35, of the 500 block of Oak Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Poston Wednesday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday because of overcrowding.
Coercion — Ricky Herrera, 25, of the 1000 block of Spring Street, Medford. Medford police and Jackson County Circuit Court arrested Herrera Wednesday on a felony charge of coercion, and on misdemeanor charges of menacing, interfering with someone making a police report and pointing a firearm at another. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday.
Unlawful Use of a Weapon — Scott Alan Bigelow, 30, of the 2300 block of Silver Palm Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Bigelow Wednesday on a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon, and on misdemeanor charges of menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $20,000 bail.
Vandalism — 1300 block of Sage Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft of a motor vehicle and vandalism to a fence at 7:46 a.m. Wednesday. The fence line was reportedly cut on one side, and two fence gates were reportedly damaged, one gate because the vehicle drove through it and another from ramming while attempting to escape. The damage was estimated at $3,000.
