Felony arrests

Drugs — Christopher James O'Connell, 29, of the 700 block of Palm Street, Medford. Medford police arrested O'Connell Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and for violating his parole on a previous heroin-possession conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail.

Drugs — Morgan Jay Lochstampfor, 47, of the 2600 block of Falcon Street, White City. Medford police arrested Lochstampfor Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday without bail.

Strangulation — Joshua David Stratton, 27, of the 300 block of Laurelhurst Street, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Stratton Tuesday on a felony charge of strangulation and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Sex Offender Registration — Adam Sterling Yazzie, 33, no known address. Ashland police arrested Yazzie Tuesday on a felony charge of failing to register as a sex offender and on a Washington fugitive warrant. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $37,500 bail.

Drugs — Warren Alexander Rich, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Rich Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $10,000 bail.

Drugs — Thomas Aaron Goracke, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Goracke Tuesday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $20,000 bail.

Drugs — Tasha Marie Looper, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Looper Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of possessing a Schedule III controlled substance, warrants for failing to appear in court on previous counts of possessing heroin, possessing hydrocodone and possessing oxycodone and for violating her parole on a first-degree theft conviction. She was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.
