Felony arrests

Drugs — Richard John Bell II, 32, of the 7700 block of Bellaire Way, White City. Medford police arrested Bell Wednesday on additional felony counts of possessing heroin and methamphetamine. Medford police originally arrested Bell Friday for violating his parole on a previous oxycodone possession conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Autumn Leigh Knight, 27, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Knight Wednesday on additional felony counts of possessing heroin and methamphetamine. Central Point police originally arrested Knight Tuesday on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of violating her probation on a drug charge. She remained lodged in the jail Wednesday on $20,000 bail.

Drugs — Michelle Christine Kleiser, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Kleiser Tuesday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin, and on a misdemeanor count of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail Tuesday and released Wednesday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Brad Bell Blachly, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Blachly Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, on felony warrants for possessing methamphetamine and heroin, on misdemeanor warrants for second-degree trespassing and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing meth, driving while suspended and first-degree trespassing. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Leanna Renee Hampton, 30, no known address. Medford police and Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Hampton Wednesday on a felony count of possessing methamphetamine, warrants for violating her probation and on out-of-county warrants charging her with failing to appear in court on previous meth-possession and second-degree theft charges. She remained lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Shelley Sue Dahlstrom, 43, of the 1500 block of Oregon Avenue, Medford. On Wednesday, Dahlstrom made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and second-degree custodial interference. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on her own recognizance.

Burglary — Keith Odell Brewer, 51, no known address. Medford police arrested Brewer Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $25,000 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — First block of East Stewart Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 6:06 a.m. Wednesday. A pair of large Steiner binoculars and a Samsung Galaxy Edge phone was reported stolen. The loss and damage to a vehicle window was valued at $1,550.

Theft — Shamrock Drive and Windsong Lane, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 11:02 a.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included a Makita breaker hammer, Makita rotary hammer, a Ridgid saw and multiple roto-hammer bits. The loss was valued at $3,014.
