Felony arrests

Theft — Dustin David Drift, 23, of the 700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Drift Wednesday on three additional felony counts of first-degree theft and an additional misdemeanor charge of first-degree theft. Medford police originally arrested Drift Tuesday on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin, vehicle theft, first-degree burglary, mail theft, first-, second- and third-degree theft and unlawfully entering a motor vehicle. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $162,500 bail.

Drugs — Richard Lewis Phelps, 42, no known address. Medford police arrested Phelps Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Eric Martin Siebold, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Siebold Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrested and for violating his parole on a vehicle-theft conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Austin J. Hatfield, 24, of the 3000 block of Gary Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Hatfield Wednesday on felony charges of possessing heroin and methamphetamine, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $32,500 bail.

Drugs — Paul Adam Medina, 32, no known address. Ashland police arrested Medina Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on felony warrants charging him with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree burglary and possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $30,000 bail.

Robbery — Allan Edward Woyna, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Woyna Wednesday on a felony charge of third-degree robbery, on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct and for violating his parole on on a previous first-degree burglary conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Tyler A. Hampton, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Hampton Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous third-degree theft charge. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $13,000 bail.

Crime reports

Burglary — 3400 block of Cedar Links Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 7:40 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included a pressure washer, weather radio, Samsung Galaxy Prime smartphone, toolbox, assorted tools and an extension cord. The loss was valued at $1,034.

Theft — 3100 block of Alameda Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 11:09 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included a car stereo unit and a Dell laptop. The loss was valued at $1,000.

Theft — 2400 block of Northcrest Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 4:42 a.m. Wednesday. A Microsoft Surface Pro laptop and case were reported stolen. The loss was valued at $1,050.
