Felony arrests

Hit-and-Run — Matthew Stephen Atkinson, 25, no known address. Phoenix police arrested Atkinson Wednesday on an additional felony charge of failing to perform the duties of a driver to an injured person, and three additional misdemeanor counts of property damage hit-and-run. Phoenix police and Medford police originally arrested Atkinson Monday on felony charges of second-degree assault, attempting to commit second-degree assault, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police in a vehicle. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $537,500 bail.

Theft — Rebekka Lea White, 36, of the 1600 block of Lillian Street, Medford. Medford police arrested White Tuesday on felony charges of first-degree theft, identity theft, attempting to elude police in a vehicle, possessing meth and supplying contraband. She remained lodged in the jail Wednesday on $7,500 bail.

Drugs — Harold Floyd Payne, 42, of the 6100 block of Tolo Road, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Payne Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing meth and a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended. She was booked in the jail Tuesday and released Wednesday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Tyler John Chicano, 24, of the 500 block of Midway Road, Medford. Ashland police arrested Chicano Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing meth and a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous first-degree theft charge. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and released Wednesday because of overcrowding.

Assault — Natasha Marie Ford, 38, of the 200 block of Northview Terrace, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Ford Wednesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday.

Assault — Andrew Maynard Hadley, 24, of the 500 block of Stewart Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Hadley Wednesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $10,000 bail.

Theft — Michael Keith Pierce, 41, of the 6400 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Pierce Wednesday on two felony counts of first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday.

Theft — Eric Tyrone Goodson, 36, of the 500 block of Fourth Avenue, Gold Hill. Ashland police arrested Goodson Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree theft, conspiring to commit possession of a forged instrument in the first degree, mail theft and possessing meth. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $60,000 bail.

Assault — Galen Kay Dalbec, 63, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Dalbec Wednesday on felony charges of third- and fourth-degree assault and two misdemeanor counts of harassment. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $20,000 bail.

Drugs — Range Caleb Eider, 19, no known address. Medford police arrested Eider Wednesday on felony charges of possessing heroin and meth, a misdemeanor charge of theft of lost or mislaid property and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous meth-possession charge. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $27,500 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 2900 block of Delta Waters Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft of a gold men's ring with diamonds and a white Apple iPad mini. The loss was valued at $2,700.

Theft — 2800 block of Nansen Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle Tuesday. Items reported stolen included prescription sunglasses, miscellaneous tools, power tools and a Husky rolling tool bag. The loss was valued at $1,150.

Theft — 600 block of Rossanley Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft Tuesday of a Pioneer car stereo, and the dashboard was reported vandalized. The loss and damage was valued at $1,500.

Vandalism — 700 block of Beall Lane, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism Tuesday;  a vehicle's driver-side rear quarter panel was reported dented. The loss was valued at $3,000.
