Felony arrests

Vehicle Theft — Rachel LeAnn Martinez, 25, of the 5100 block of Laurel Avenue, Grants Pass. Jacksonville police arrested Martinez Thursday on a felony warrant charging her with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, misdemeanor charges of failing to display her drivers license and providing false information to police, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous methamphetamine-possession charges. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Thursday and released Friday because of overcrowding.

Criminal Mischief — Frank Todd Phelps, 53, no known address. Medford police arrested Phelps Friday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail Friday on $7,500 bail.

Identity Theft — Erlindo Manuel Nunez, 28, of the 100 block of Northridge Terrace, Medford. On Friday, Nunez made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of identity theft and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree forgery and second-degree possession of a forged instrument. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Burglary — Michael Keith Yandell, 47, no known address. Medford police arrested Yandell Friday on felony charges of first-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief, and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, violating a restraining order and unlawfully entering a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail Friday on $45,000 bail.

Assaulting an Officer — Angelena Elizabeth Waldenmaier, 23, of the 2300 block of Dahlia Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Waldenmaier Friday on a felony charge of assaulting a police officer, and on misdemeanor charges of violating a no-contact order and resisting arrest. She was lodged in jail Friday on $20,000 bail.

Drugs — Randall Dean Kirby, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Kirby Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, on misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct and public indecency, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior second-degree burglary charge. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Paul Kwiatkowski, 66, of the first block of Morton Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Kwiatkowski Friday on felony charges of manufacturing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, delivering methamphetamine and possessing methamphetamine, and on misdemeanor charges of delivering and possessing a Schedule IV controlled substance. He was lodged in jail Friday on more than $1 million bail.

Burglary — Tiffany Dawn Taylor, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Taylor Friday on felony charges of first-degree burglary and first-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Friday on $27,500 bail.

Criminal Mischief — Israel Fonceca, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Fonceca Friday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief and on misdemeanor charges of reckless endangering and reckless driving. He was lodged in jail Friday on $17,500 bail.
