Felony arrests

Drugs — Mona Guillen Padilla, 24, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement Task Force arrested Padilla Wednesday on additional felony charges of delivering, manufacturing and possessing heroin, delivering, manufacturing and possessing methamphetamine and attempting to elude police in a vehicle, and an additional misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. Medford police originally arrested Padilla Tuesday on out-of-county felony warrants for possessing heroin, and a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous meth-possession conviction. She remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $162,500 bail.

Drugs — Dulce Crystal Luviano, 34, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement Task Force arrested Luviano Tuesday Buron felony charges of delivering and possessing heroin. She remained lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Burglary — Emily Anne Siglin, 36, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Siglin Tuesday on felony charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and on misdemeanor charges of violating a no-contact order and fourth-degree assault. She remained lodged in jail Wednesday on $100,000 bail.

Drugs — Randy Lee Carson, 44, no known address. Medford police arrested Carson Wednesday on felony warrants charging him with possessing and delivering heroin, and possessing and delivering methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $47,500 bail.

Elude — Chad Allen Sample, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Sample Wednesday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on a previous charges of possessing heroin and third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $20,500.

Crime reports

Theft — 3400 block of Creek View Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:22 a.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included a Cobra set of golf clubs, irons and drivers, an Adams set of golf clubs, irons and drivers, two golf bags, a fabric tool tote containing Craftsman tools and multiple gift boxes containing gifts for children. The loss was valued at $3,530.

Theft — 3100 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft and vandalism at 7:41 a.m. Tuesday. A red Honda 3500 generator was reported stolen and two padlocks were reported damaged. The loss and damage was valued at $2,730.
