Felony arrests

Coercion — Robert Louis Aros, Jr., 23, of the 1400 block of Elaine Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Aros Thursday on a felony count of coercion, misdemeanor counts of assault, harassment and menacing a parole violation for burglary. He was lodged in the Jackson County jail without bail.

Robbery — Jason Lee Swindler, 47, of the 1300 block of Dakota Ave., Medford. Medford police arrested Swindler on a felony robbery count and a subsequent parole violation, as well as a failure to appear for a criminal mischief charge and a misdemeanor count of theft. He was lodged in the jail without bail.

Stolen vehicle possession — Kevin Ray Wiltrout, 35, of the 1200 block of Modoc Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Wiltrout on a felony count of possession of a stolen vehicle. He was lodged in the jail on $7,500 bail.

Robbery — Maksim Pavlovich Milkin, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Milkin on a felony count of robbery and misdemeanor counts of theft, harassment and providing false information to a police officer. He was lodged in the jail on $17,500 bail.

Drug distribution near school — Annette Rae Ball, 44, no known address. Ashland police arrested Ball Friday on felony counts of heroin distribution within 1,000 feet of a school and identity theft, as well as other drug charges and misdemeanor counts of forgery and theft. She was lodged in the jail $142,500 bail.

Crime report

Burglary — The 100 block of Columbus Ave., Medford. At 10:48 a.m. Thursday, Medford police took a report of a burglary that occurred four hours earlier. The stolen items included two cameras, a watch, a ring, a laptop, and iPad and iPhone and a piggy bank with money. The loss totaled $2,810.

Burglary — The 1400 block of Grand Ave., Medford. Medford police took a report of a burglary at 1:32 p.m. Thursday that had occurred several days earlier. The stolen items included 20-inch Honda rims, four Toyota tires and a set of chains. The loss totaled $2,159.
