Felony arrests

Vehicle Theft — Donald Patrick Myers, 38, no known address. Central Point police arrested Myers Tuesday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and on a misdemeanor charge of carrying a concealed dangerous weapon. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday on $10,000 bail.

Vehicle Theft — Corey Eugene Hansen, 22, of the 800 block of South Royal Avenue, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Hansen Tuesday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing a Schedule III controlled substance and third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Robbery — Stephanie Anne Miles, 35, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Miles Tuesday on a felony warrant charging her with third-degree robbery and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $12,500 bail.

Drugs — Benjamin Ottis Ovenstone, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Ovenstone Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police and on warrants for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of possessing heroin. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $27,500 bail.

Assault — Steven Daniel Benne, 32, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Benne Tuesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault, misdemeanor charges of harassment and reckless endangering and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $20,000 bail.

Theft — 2500 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen mail from a collection box at 8:37 a.m. Tuesday. Damage to the mailbox was valued at $400.

Theft — 2400 block of Biddle Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen iPad Pro with pink cover. The loss was valued at $800.
