Felony arrests

Vehicle Theft — Aumodie Maurine Gauthier, 19, of Stockton, California. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Gauthier Tuesday on an additional felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Medford police originally arrested Gauthier Feb. 2 on felony charges of first-degree robbery, first-degree kidnapping, possessing and delivering heroin, first-degree theft, first-degree burglary and third-degree assault. She remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday on more than $1 million bail.

Drugs — Michelle Angela Lee Holden, 21, of the 7800 block  of Quebec Circle, White City. Medford police arrested Holden Monday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, and on misdemeanor charges of possessing methamphetamine and second-degree trespassing. She was booked in the jail Monday and released Tuesday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Jose Samuel Ramos-Vance, 19, no known address. Medford police arrested Ramos-Vance Monday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior first-degree burglary conviction. He remained lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Drugs — Rex Roddy Johnson, 46, of the 100 block of Acorn Street, Merlin. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Johnson Tuesday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday because of overcrowding.

Weapon Use — Kaiden Alexander Haight, 22, of the 2800 block of Rogue River Highway, Gold Hill. Medford police arrested Haight Tuesday on felony charges of unlawful use of a weapon and possessing heroin, misdemeanor charges of carrying a concealed weapon and possessing methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a prior first-degree burglary conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Drugs — Charles Robert Guenther Jr., 47, of the first block of Reager Street, Medford. On Tuesday, Guenther made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Theft — Jessica Marie Algazy, 28, of the 500 block of Benson Street, Medford. On Tuesday, Algazy made his initial court appearance on four felony counts of first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance.

Burglary — Brandon Wayne Seaman, 20, of the 9100 block of Upper Applegate Road, Jacksonville. On Tuesday, Seaman made his initial court appearance on felony charges of second-degree burglary and first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Sex Offender Registration — Levi Dale Lucas, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Lucas Tuesday on a felony warrant charging him with failing to register his address as a sex offender. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $7,500 bail.

Drugs — John Allen Riley, 25, of the 300 block of Benson Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Riley Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $10,000 bail.

Burglary — Tyson Lee Ceideburg, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Ceideburg Tuesday on felony charges of second-degree burglary and first-degree theft, a misdemeanor count of second-degree criminal mischief and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and possessing methamphetamine.  He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $47,500 bail.

Sexual Abuse — Andrew Joseph Conaway, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Conaway Tuesday on felony charges of first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree unlawful sexual penetration. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $500,000 bail.

Elude — Michael Vance Milligan, 28, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Milligan Tuesday on felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, possessing a Schedule II controlled substance and possessing methamphetamine, and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a prior meth-possession charge. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $30,000 bail.

Assaulting an Officer — Giovannni Dante White, 24, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested White Tuesday on felony charges of assaulting a police officer, attempting to elude police in a vehicle, manufacturing, delivering and possessing cocaine, and on misdemeanor counts of hit-and-run and resisting arrest. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $52,500 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 1100 block of East Vilas Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen smoked meat at 7:40 a.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $2,000.

Theft — 200 block of Stanford Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a building at 11:39 a.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included a Rolex watch, Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon laptop, an HP laptop, a 43-inch TV, a Mossberg pump-action shotgun, a Glock handgun and a pump rifle with scope. The loss was valued at $17,070.

Theft — 200 block of Peebler Way, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 2:28 p.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included black body armor, a radar detector and a jumper box. The loss was valued at $1,560.

Theft — 1800 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police a report of eight stolen pairs of Oakley sunglasses at 3:11 p.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $1,484.

Theft — 1600 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen pairs of Tiffany and Prada sunglasses at 4:31 p.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $720.
