Felony arrests

Assault — Michael James Hengel Jr., 22, of the 7800 block of Jacqueline Way, White City. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Hengel Saturday on charges of felony assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. He is being lodged in Jackson County Jail on $15,000 bail.

Assault — Christian Sky Hengel, 19, of the 300 block of Mulberry Lane, Brookings. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Hengel Saturday for felony assault and harassment. He is being lodged on $12,500 bail.

Drugs — Steven Levell Tate, 30, of the 300 block of Cascade Drive, Central Point. Rogue River police arrested Tate Saturday for felony possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation for possession of methamphetamine. He is being lodged on $7,500 bail.

Assault — Joshua Matthew Bennett, 36, of the 800 block of Hillview Drive, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Bennett Saturday on charges of felony assault, harassment and resisting arrested. He was released after posting bail.

Drugs — Dominique Deni Burnett-Prevost, 24, of the 400 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Burnett-Prevost Sunday on charges of felony possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation for possession of heroin. She is being lodged on $12,500 bail.

Drugs — Conrado Everett Ortiz-Reedy, 27, of the 2200 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Ortiz-Reedy Sunday on charges of felony possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation for rape. He is being lodged on $15,000 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 1000 block of Cherry Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft from a motor vehicle at 7:56 a.m., Saturday. The tools and makeup case were valued at $210.

Vandalism — 1800 block of Regal Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vandalized gate at 2:38 p.m., Saturday. The damage was estimated at $200.

Burglary — 900 block of Dakota Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a burglary at 12:25 p.m., Sunday. The stolen camera has an estimated value of $86.
