Felony arrests

Drugs — Mickey Ray Galatz, 24, of the 400 block of Ross Lane, Medford. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Galatz Saturday night on charges of felony possession of heroin and cocaine. He is being lodged in Jackson County Jail on $15,000 bail.

Assaulting a peace officer — Blue Sky Brown, 27, unknown address. Medford police arrested Brown Saturday night on charges of felony assault of a peace office, trespass, interfering with a peace officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Brown is being lodged on $22,500 bail.

Drugs — Elijah Garrett Norman, 28, of the 8600 block of Blackwell Road, Medford. Central Point police arrested Norman Saturday night on charges of felony distribution and possession of drugs as well as driving under the influence. He is being lodged on $25,000 bail.

Drugs — Malia Kayann Masonheimer, 26, unknown address. Ashland police arrested Masonheimer Saturday night on charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and heroin, assault, as well as a parole violation for distribution of methamphetamine. No bail amount was available.

Drugs — Todd Ryan Parmelee, 37, of the 20000 block of Highway 62, Shady Cove. Eagle Point police arrested Parmelee Saturday night on felony possession of methamphetamine. He is being lodged on $5,000 bail.

Drugs — Justin Carl Fakes, 22, unknown address. Medford police on Saturday arrested Fakes, who’s listed as a sex offender, for felony possession of methamphetamine, criminal trespass and failing to report for probation. He is being lodged on $7,500 bail.

Drugs — Jennifer Necole Calkins, 53, unknown address. Medford police arrested Calkins Sunday on charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, and tresspass. She is being held on $10,500 bail.

Money laundering — Andre Richard Martin, 41, unknown address. Medford police arrested Martin Thursday on charges of felony money laundering, import/export of marijuana, distributing marijuana and possession of marijuana. He is being lodged on $27,500 bail.

Money laundering — Kurtis R. Klay, 38, of Green Street, Macoutah, Illinois. Medford police arrested Klay Thursday on charges of felony money laundering, import/export of marijuana, unlawful delivery of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana. He is being lodged on $27,500 bail.

Money laundering — Ronnie Ray Johnson, 42, 2700 block of Groveland, Godfrey, Illinois. The Illegal Marijuana Enforcement Team arrested Johnson Thursday on charges of felony money laundering, import/export of marijuana, unlawful delivery of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana. He is being lodged on $27,500 bail.

Drugs — Anne May Hunt, 44, of the 1000 block of West Second Street, Medford. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Hunt Thursday on charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and two failures to appear for possession of methamphetamine. She is being lodged on $22,500 bail.

Drugs — Christopher Charles Adams, 42, of the 400 block of Merchant Street, Coos Bay. Ashland police arrested Adams Friday on felony possession of methamphetamine and an out of county warrant. He is being lodged on $5,000 bail.

Drugs — William Edward Schumack, 41, of the 15000 block of Oregon Road, Hornbrook, California. Ashland police arrested Schumack Friday on felony possession of methamphetamine, an out-of-county warrant and being a fugitive from another state. He is being lodged on $17,500 bail.

Drugs — Levi Michael Jonathan Wear, 32, of the 2600 block of Scenic Avenue, Central Point. Phoenix police arrested Jonathan Friday on charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He is being lodged on $7,500 bail.

Strangulation — Mica William Harding, 26, of the 2200 block of Highway 99, Ashland. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Harding Friday on charges of felony strangulation and harassment. He is being lodged on $10,000 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 4000 block of Bordeaux Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 10:08 a.m. Saturday of a Microsoft tablet, Nikon camera gear and computer equipment valued at almost $7,000.

Theft — Black Oak Drive/Sun Oaks Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft of a baby carrier harness, underwear, socks, protein powder, an invitation card and five bottles of Keto boost pills, all valued at $80.

Burglary — 3000 block of Bullock Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a burglary at noon Thursday of a canopy tent, cupboard and plant stand, all valued at $100.

Theft — 1300 block of Center Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft at 5:23 a.m. Thursday of a Townie Electra Electric Bike valued at $2,500.

Theft — 1200 block of Morrow Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft at 7:48 a.m. Thursday of a Trek mountain bike and $30 in cans, with everything valued at $480.

Burglary — 1100 block of Knutson Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a burglary at 8:54 a.m. Thursday of tools, welding equipment, yard equipment and camping equipment as well as vandalism to a fence and a lock, all valued at $5,420.

Vandalism — 800 block of East Ninth Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism at 9:23 a.m. Thursday of a broken window valued at $300.

Theft — 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft at 8:52 a.m. Thursday of a red and black Schwinn bike valued at $150.

Theft — 1100 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft at 1:35 p.m. Thursday of a leaf blower valued at $430.

Theft — 3100 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft at 1:42 p.m. Thursday of a butane tanks valued at $300.

Vandalism — 500 block of South Central Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vandalism at 3:09 p.m. Thursday to the back wall of a business. Damaged was estimated at $200.

Theft — 1000 block of North Berkeley Way, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft at 4:04 p.m. Thursday of a bicycle valued at $85.

Theft — 3100 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft at 4:06 p.m. Thursday of a blue 55-gallon drum and vandalism to a passenger car fender, with a total value of loss and damage of $4,030.

Theft — 1500 block of South Peach Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft at 5:32 p.m. Thursday of a briefcase valued at $300.

Theft — 300 block of Sixth Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft at 2:15 a.m. Friday of a military windbreaker, a backpack and a military-issued knife, all valued at $1,100.
