Burglary — Ryan Antone Dutra, 41, no known address. Rogue River police arrested Dutra Monday on felony charges of second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief and on a misdemeanor count of second-degree theft. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies additionally arrested Dutra Tuesday on a California fugitive warrant. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail.
Weapon Use — Marvin Antonio Jarquin Jr., 19, of the 600 block of Valley Heart Lane, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jarquin Tuesday on a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon, and misdemeanor charges of menacing, pointing a firearm at another and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday after posting bond.
Assault — Branden Tonatoeu Mercado, 23, no known address. Central Point police arrested Mercado Tuesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing, harassment, resisting arrest and recklessly endangering another person. He was held in jail Tuesday on $32,500 bail.
Burglary — Orville Leon Crandall Jr., 58, of the 600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Medford. On Tuesday, Crandall made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of second-degree burglary and first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.
Marijuana —Eli Sunshine Kagan, 29, no known address. On Tuesday, Kagan made his initial court appearance on felony charges of unlawfully manufacturing, delivering and possessing marijuana. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.
Theft — Andre Jordan McClure, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested McClure Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree theft, a misdemeanor charge of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior methamphetamine possession charge. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.
