Missing California girl believed to be in danger
The Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a 14-year-old girl who was last seen in the Happy Camp, California, area Wednesday morning.
Kaylena Hope Bledsoe was described as a Native American child with black hair, blue eyes and weighs 130 pounds.
Siskiyou County Sheriff Jon Lopey said Bledsoe was believed to have left with 20-year-old male Patrick James Montross in a burgundy Chevrolet HHR with New York license plates. The vehicle may have been heading into Southern Oregon, he said.
Lopey said police had reason to believe Bledsoe is in danger.
Anyone with information about Bledsoe was asked call the sheriff’s office 24-hour dispatch center at 530-841-2900.
