Child Pornography — Benjamin Jordan Harvey, 33, of the 400 block of North Main Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Harvey Wednesday on a felony charge of second-degree encouraging child sexual abuse. Ashland police originally arrested Harvey June 30 on felony charges of luring a minor and purchasing sex with a minor. He remained held in jail Thursday.
Drugs — Nicholas John George, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested George Friday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and interfering with police and on warrants for failing to violating his probation on prior meth possession convictions. He was held in jail Thursday.
Burglary — Christopher Shawn Willey, 40, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Willey on a felony warrant charging him with first-degree burglary, a misdemeanor warrant for harassment and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior meth possession conviction. He was held in jail Thursday.
Vehicle Theft — Linzi Brianne Deavilla, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Deavilla Thursday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police in a vehicle and third-degree assault, on a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving and on a sanction for violating her probation on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction. She was held in jail Thursday.
Elude — Anthony Jordan Schechter-Stone, 20, of the 7800 block of Phaedra Lane, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies and Medford police arrested Schechter-Stone Thursday on felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, hit-and-run, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. He was held in jail Thursday.
Drugs — Jamie Lea Desavedo, 39, of the 100 block of Meadow View Drive, Phoenix. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Desavedo Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on out-of-county warrants charging her with first- and second-degree burglary and first-degree theft. She was held in jail Thursday.
Assault — Stuart Taylor Marshall, 28, of the 1500 block of Bryant Street, Medford. On Thursday, Marshall made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of third-degree assault and first-degree burglary, misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft, interfering with someone making a police report and driving while suspended. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.
Sex Offender — Patrick Eugene Farley, 59, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Farley Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with failing to report as a sex offender. He was held in jail Thursday.
