Assault — Bryce Damien Martinez, 30, of the 4700 block of South Pacific Highway, Phoenix. Medford police arrested Martinez Wednesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and on a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday and released Thursday because of reduced COVID-19 capacity.
Drugs — Joshua Ray Dyck, 29, no known address. The Illegal Marijuana Enforcement Team arrested Dyck Wednesday on felony charges of manufacturing and delivering heroin and methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin and methamphetamine, possessing oxycodone, felon in possession of a firearm, misdemeanor warrants for contempt of court on prior driving while suspended and driving uninsured convictions and for violating his parole on a prior supplying contraband conviction. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.
Drugs — Kylee Rae Johnson, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Johnson Wednesday on a felony warrant charging her with possessing heroin and for violating her probation on a prior first-degree theft conviction. She was held in jail Thursday without bail.
Assault — Bobby Joe Plumlee, 52, of the 3700 block of Falcon Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Plumlee Wednesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and on a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was held in jail Thursday on $17,500 bail.
Robbery — Andrew Nicholas Seelig, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Seelig Thursday on felony charges of third-degree robbery, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possessing a Schedule II controlled substance and possessing oxycodone, misdemeanor charges of recklessly endangering another person, hit-and-run, reckless driving, harassment and second- and third-degree theft. He was held in jail Thursday on $60,000 bail.
Attempted Robbery — Daniel Alexander Ponce, 20, no known address. Medford police arrested Ponce Thursday on felony charges of attempted first-degree robbery and attempted second-degree robbery. He was held in jail Thursday on $17,500 bail.
