Felony arrests

Burglary — Linzi Brianne Deavilla, 31, no known address. Meford police arrested Deavilla Saturday for the felony charge of first-degree burglary, and misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest. Deavilla was booked in the Jackson County Jail Saturday on $25,000 bail.

Drugs — Joshua Jacob Collins, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Collins Sunday for the felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked and released Sunday because of reduced capacity at the jail due to COVID-19.

Failure to appear — Christopher Mark Hancock, 39, of the 600 block of Park Street, Ashland. Talent police arrested Hancock Saturday on the felony charge of first-degree failure to appear for heroin possession, and the misdemeanor charge of interfering with a peace officer. Hancock was booked Saturday and released Sunday because of reduced capacity at the jail due to COVID-19.

Vehicle — Ashley D. Mora, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Mora Saturday on felony charges of unlawful use of vehicle, three counts of identity theft, two counts of first-degree forgery, fraudulent use of a credit card, and the misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. Mora was booked Saturday and released Sunday because of reduced capacity at the jail due to COVID-19.

Identity theft — Tyler Benjamin Vega, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Vega Sunday on the felony charges of identity theft, first-degree theft, and the misdemeanor charges of fradulent use of credit card and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. Vega was booked and released Sunday because of reduced capacity at the jail due to COVID-19.

Assault — Stephanie Marie Flores, 37, of the 500 block of Grove Street, Jacksonville. Jacksonville police arrested Flores Saturday on the felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence. Flores was booked in the Jackson County Jail Saturday and posted bail Sunday.
