Felony arrests

Attempted Murder —Kenneth Alan Ayers, 49, of Roseburg. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Ayers Thursday on felony charges of attempted murder, second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon, misdemeanor charges of recklessly endangering another person and second-degree criminal mischief. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $1 million bail.

Robbery — Cameron Theodore Gartin, 25, of the 700 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Gartin Thursday on felony charges of second-degree robbery and possessing methamphetamine and heroin, a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft and for violating his parole on a prior heroin delivery conviction. He was held in jail Friday without bail.

Elude — Jared Ryan Kausch, 37, of Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Kausch Friday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of interfering with police. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Robbery — Jennifer Kay Stoll, 42, no known address. Medford police arrested Stoll Wednesday on a new felony charge of second-degree robbery and a new misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. Medford police originally arrested Stoll Wednesday on warrants for failing to appear in court on a second-degree disorderly conduct charge and for violating her probation on prior convictions for possessing heroin, felon in possession of a firearm and identity theft. She was held in jail Friday without bail.
