Felony arrests

Weapons — Kenneth Justin Brown, 32, of the 1100 block of Niantic Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Brown Thursday on felony warrants charging him with felon in possession of a firearm and possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of interfering with a police officer, second-degree trespassing and on warrants for violating his probation on prior meth possession convictions. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $35,000 bail.

Burglary — Amador Gutierrez-Flores, 48, of the 1100 block of West Fourth Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Gutierrez-Flores Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary, a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic abuse and for violating a restraining order. He was held in jail Friday on $102,500 bail.

Identity Theft — Oscar Tolentino-Lazaro, 53, no known address. Medford police arrested Tolentino Thursday on a felony charge of identity theft and on a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to a police officer. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Jeffery Lynn Asbury, 50, of the 200 block of North Central Avenue, Medford Central Point police arrested Asbury Friday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine, possessing heroin and on a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully possessing a marijuana item. He was booked in the jail and released Friday.

Drugs — Mariah Kayleen Forbes, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Forbes Friday on a felony warrant charging her with possessing heroin and on misdemeanor charges of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and possessing a Schedule III controlled substance. She was booked in the jail Thursday and released Friday on her own recognizance.

Vehicle Theft — Matthew Joseph James Stephens, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Stephens Friday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing methamphetamine, and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of unlawfully possessing or carrying a concealed weapon. He was booked in the jail and released Friday because of reduced capacity due to COVID-19.

Drugs — Steven Michael Stone, 46, of the 105500 block of Hannon Road, Eagle Point. Phoenix police arrested Stone Friday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was booked in the jail Friday.

Drugs — Richard Lee Webb, 36, of the 200 block of Avenue De Teresa, Grants Pass. Ashland police arrested Webb Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, misdemeanor warrants for second-degree disorderly conduct, an earlier charge of possessing heroin and second-degree trespassing, for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of possessing heroin and for violating his probation on a prior driving under the influence of intoxicants conviction. He was booked in the jail Friday.
