Felony arrests

Assault — Teddi Loren Lacey Bishop, 19, of the 1300 block of West 10th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Bishop Friday on a felony charge of second-degree assault, attempted second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon and on a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence. She was held in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $100,000 bail.

Aggravated Theft — Ricky Lee Davis, 39, of the 300 block of Eighth Street, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Davis Friday on an additional felony charge of aggravated first-degree theft. Sheriff’s deputies originally arrested Davis Sept. 11 on felony charges of first-degree theft and first-degree burglary and felon in possession of a firearm, a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully possessing a firearm or ammunition and for violating his probation on a prior first-degree theft conviction. He was held in jail Friday without bail.

Vehicle Theft — Cameron Theodore Gartin, 25, of the 700 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Gartin Friday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, felon in possession of a firearm, possessing more than two grams of methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a prior heroin possession conviction. He was held in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Michael Vernon McKenzie, 44, no known address. Medford police arrested McKenzie Friday on felony charges of manufacturing and possessing heroin, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of second-degree theft and unlawfully cutting or transporting special forest products. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Attempted Burglary — Brandon Montgomery Page, 41, of the 2500 block of Thorn Oak Drive, Medford. Central Point police arrested Page Friday on a felony charge of attempted first-degree burglary and on misdemeanor charges of possessing burglary tools and second-degree criminal trespassing. He was held in jail Friday on $17,500 bail.

Aggravated Theft — Christopher Eugene Stegeman, 32, of the 400 block of Laurel Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Stegeman Friday on an additional felony charge of aggravated first-degree theft. Sheriff’s deputies originally arrested Stegeman Sept. 11 on felony charges of first-degree burglary and first-degree theft. He was held in jail Friday on $110,000 bail.
