Felony arrests

Drugs — Joseph Cameron McCue, 21, of the 600 block of North Ross Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested McCue Friday on a felony charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon, providing false information to a police officer and for violating his parole on a prior meth possession conviction. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail.

Drugs — Heather Anne Dean, 30, of Medford. Medford Police arrested Dean Saturday on one felony charge of unlawful possession of heroin, a misdemeanor charge of possessing heroin and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear on a theft charge. She was booked in the jail and released as of Tuesday.

Elude — Kayla Michelle Forbes, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Forbes Saturday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and on a misdemeanor charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of interfering with police. She was booked in the jail Saturday and released as of Tuesday.

Drugs — Darrell Wayne May, 52, no known address. Medford police arrested May Saturday on felony charges of delivering and possessing heroin, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor warrant charging him with unlawfully possessing a marijuana item and for violating his parole on a prior unauthorized use of a motor vehicle conviction. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.

Drugs — William Alfredo Moreno, 41, no known address. Medford police arrested Moreno Saturday on a felony charge of possessing heroin. He was booked in the jail Saturday and released as of Tuesday.

Drugs — Andrew Michael Padilla, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Padilla Saturday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor warrant for possessing meth and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing meth and possessing heroin. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.

Assault — Jacob Matthew Perry, 28, of the 900 block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Perry Saturday on felony charges of second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. He was held in jail Tuesday on $250,000 bail.

Drugs — Miguel Francisco Villa, 32, of Medford. Phoenix police arrested Villa Saturday on a felony charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor count of criminal trespass in the second degree. He was booked in the jail Saturday and released on his own recognizance Sunday.

Assault — Ramon Barajas-Sanchez, 21, of the 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford Police arrested Barajas-Sanchez Sunday on felony charges of unlawful use of a weapon, assault in the first and second degree and hit and run of a vehicle. Medford police later added charges of attempted murder in the second degree and first degree assault. He was held in jail Sunday on $500,000 bail.

Burglary — Suzette Breeze Millican, 44, no known address. Talent police arrested Millican Sunday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary, misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, attempted first-degree theft, resisting arrest and attempted assault on a police officer. She was held in jail Tuesday on $50,000 bail.

Identity Theft — Tyler Benjamin Vega, 28, of the 500 block of Monroe Street, Medford. Medford Police arrested Vega Sunday on a felony charge of identity theft and misdemeanor charges of theft in the third degree and fraudulent use of a credit card. Vega was booked in the jail released from jail on his own recognizance Sunday.

Vehicle Theft — John Michael Walls, 31, of the 2400 block of Delta Waters, Medford. Medford Police arrested Walls Sunday on felony charges of possessing a stolen vehicle and possessing methamphetamine. He was released from jail on his own recognizance Sunday.

Destructive Device — Kacey Allan Smith, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Smith on a felony charge of manufacturing and possessing a destructive device, a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, a warrant charging him with unauthorized departure and on a warrant for violating his parole on a prior convictionf for unlawfully importing, manufacturing, selling or transferring firearms. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.
