Theft of Services — Nicholas Ryan Brod, 24, of the 3000 block of Tahitian Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Brod Tuesday on a felony warrant charging him with theft of services and misdemeanor warrants for initiating a false report, second-degree disorderly conduct and initiating a false report. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.
Burglary — Kristen Frances Pierce, 37, no known address. Ashland police arrested Pierce Tuesday on additional felony charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft and identity theft, she was additionally charged Wednesday in Jackson County Circuit Court with misdemeanor counts of interfering with police, resisting arrest, unlawfully entering a motor vehicle, fraudulent use of a credit card, second-degree disorderly conduct, unlawfully possessing heroin and unlawfully possessing methamphetamine. She was held in jail Wednesday on $57,500 bail.
Drugs — Debra Irene Johns, 63, of the 600 block of North Riverside Avenue. Medford police arrested Johns Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of second-degree trespassing and on a detainer for violating her probation on a prior second-degree arson conviction. She was held in jail Wednesday without bail.
