Felony arrests

Sexual Abuse — Ricky Edward Singley, 27, of the 1200 block of West Main Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Singley Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree sexual abuse and a misdemeanor charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $500,000 bail.

Officer Assault — Jennifer Ann Archuleta, 37, of the 5300 block of Highway 227, Trail. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Archuleta Thursday on a felony charge of assaulting a police officer and misdemeanor charges of improperly using 911, resisting arrest, first-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief. She was held in jail Friday on $25,000 bail.

Drugs — Custodio Banuelos-Estrada, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Banuelos-Estrada Thursday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine and delivering methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Nathan Alexander Coggins, 31, of the 200 block of West Pine Street, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Coggins Thursday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and possessing heroin. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Damian Michael Jennings, 24, of the 6300 block of Hugo Road, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jennings Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing heroin. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released as of Friday.

Drugs — Raymond Michael LaPlante Jr., 48, of the 100 block of Western Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested LaPlante Thursday on felony warrants charging him with manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor warrant charging him with driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released as of Friday.

Vehicle Theft — Cornelio Reyes, 26, of the 3200 block of Antelope Road, White City. Medford police arrested Reyes Thursday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing a stolen vehicle and on a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully possessing heroin. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Sexual Abuse — Jeremy Logan Hazel, 21, of St. Joseph, Missouri. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hazel Friday on a warrant charging him with three felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was held in jail Friday on $300,000 bail.

Theft — Joshua Miles, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Miles Friday on a felony warrant charging him with first-degree theft. He was held in jail Friday on $7,500 bail.

Theft — Jordan Scott Ruby, 25, of the 800 block of Ellendale Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Ruby Friday on a felony warrant charging her with first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance.
