Assault — Johnnie Alvarado Burgos, 40, of the 900 block of 10th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Alvarado Burgos on charges of coercion and domestic abuse with three prior convictions. He was booked into jail Sunday and is being held on $50,000 bail.
Drugs — Jordan Eric Lee Cardenas, 24, of the 500 block of Westminster Drive, Eagle Point. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Cardenas on three charges of possessing methamphetamine with prior convictions, possessing heroin, possessing a restricted weapon, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and six warrants for failing to appear in court regarding other drug charges. He was booked into jail Sunday and remains incarcerated on a total bail amount of $47,500.
Drugs — Tylor Gene Herndon, 30, of the 50 block of Nick Young Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Herndon on charges of delivering methamphetamine, possessing a firearm as a convicted felon and theft in the first degree. He was booked into jail Monday.
Eluding — Kacie Marie Mallory, 22, of the 50 block of Meadowfield Circle, Eagle Point. Medford Police arrested Mallory on charges of reckless driving and attempting to elude police by vehicle. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance Monday.
Drugs — Justine Abigail Postlethwait, 29, no address reported. Medford police arrested Postlethwait Monday on charges of delivering methamphetamine and heroin with prior convictions. She was booked into jail and remains incarcerated on a total bail amount of $35,000.
