Assault — Tylor Gene Herndon, 30, of the first block of Nick Young Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Herndon Wednesday on an added felony charge of third-degree assault and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies originally arrested Herndon Oct. 6 for violating his parole on a prior felon in possession of a firearm conviction and was later charged with violating his probation on prior heroin delivery, felon in possession of a firearm and first-degree theft convictions. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Thursday without bail.
Assault — Clayton McDade, 31, of Escondido, California. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested McDade Wednesday on an added felony charge of third-degree assault, and new misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies originally arrested McDade Oct. 4 on a California fugitive warrant. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.
Vehicle Theft — Timothy Alan Strawn, 54, of the 300 block of Orr Drive, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Strawn Wednesday with an added felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies originally arrested Strawn Wednesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine and driving while suspended or revoked. He was held in jail Thursday on $507,500 bail.
Vehicle Theft — Megan Joan Hickman, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Hickman Thursday on a felony warrant charging her with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor warrants for possessing methamphetamine and failing to appear in court on previous charges of first-degree forgery, identity theft, attempted first-degree theft and second-degree theft. She was held in jail Thursday on $15,000 bail.
Assault — Edmund Lee Ridley, 37, of the 3800 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Ridley Thursday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday after posting bond.
Drugs — Sabrina Michelle Caron Stevens, 26, of the 2800 block of Howard Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Stevens Thursday on felony warrants charging her with manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, misdemeanor warrants charging her with two counts of second-degree possessing a forged instrument and for violating her probation on a prior heroin possession conviction. She was held in jail Thursday on $30,000 bail.
