Felony arrests

Drugs — Jeremy Kyle Gibson, 35, of the 200 block of West First Street, Phoenix. Medford police arrested Gibson Tuesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, assaulting a police officer, attempting to elude police in a vehicle and driving while suspended or revoked, misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person and attempting to elude police on foot and for violating his parole on a prior driving while suspended or revoked conviction. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday without bail.

Robbery Conspiracy — Charles Robert Guenthner Jr., 50, of the first block of Reager Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Guenthner Tuesday on felony charge of conspiring to commit first-degree robbery and conspiring to commit second-degree assault and on a detainer for violating his probation on a prior unlawful use of a weapon conviction. He was held in jail Wednesday on $210,000 bail.

Robbery Conspiracy — Patrick Dominic Menicucci, 70, of the 1500 block of Kings Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Menicucci Tuesday on felony charges of conspiring to commit first-degree robbery and conspiring to commit second-degree assault. He was held in jail Wednesday on $30,000 bail.

Robbery — Kelly James Paullus, 36, of the 3100 block of Pleasant Creek Road, Rogue River. Medford police arrested Paullus Tuesday on felony charges of first-degree robbery and second-degree assault, and on a California fugitive warrant. He was held in jail Wednesday on $200,000 bail.

Drugs — Daniel Ray Ruby, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Ruby Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, driving while suspended or revoked, possessing methamphetamine, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. He was held in jail Wednesday on $25,000 bail.
