Felony arrests

Elude — Mikyna Odom, 28, of Sutherlin. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Odom Sunday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor charges of attempting to elude police on foot, reckless driving a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of offensive littering and on warrants for violating her probation on prior second-degree criminal mischief, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree custodial interference convictions. She was held in jail Tuesday on $107,500 bail.

Drugs — James Carl Billups, 26, of the 3100 block of Juanipero Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Billups Monday on a felony charge of possessing MDMA and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior attempt to elude police by vehicle conviction. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail.

Arson — Alex Lewis Fisher, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Lewis Monday on felony charges of first-degree arson and possessing methamphetamine, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior tampering with drug records conviction. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.

Robbery — Adam James Hackworth, 41, of the 8000 block of Thunderhead Drive, White City. Medford police arrested Hackworth Monday on a felony charge of third-degree robbery and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Monday on his own recognizance.

Sexual Abuse — Jeremy Lee Hillis, 30, of Wichita Falls, Texas. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hillis Monday on felony warrants charging him with first- and second degree sexual abuse, first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and attempted first-degree sodomy, and misdemeanor counts of third-degree sexual abuse furnishing liquor to a minor. He was held in jail Tuesday on $237,500 bail.

Vehicle Theft — Laura Patricia Molina, 30, of the 1800 block of Drury Lane, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested Molina Monday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was booked in the jail Monday and no longer an inmate as of Tuesday.

Drugs — Cole Alan Myers, 31, of the 2400 block of Pembroke Circle, Medford. Medford police arrested Myers Monday on a felony charge of strangulation constituting domestic violence. He was held in jail Tuesday on $7,500 bail.

Assault — Daniel Quintero, 30, of the 500 block of Western Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Quintero Monday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was held in jail Tuesday on $12,500 bail.

Coercion — Daniel Ernest Rogers, 35, of the 3100 block of Alameda Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Rogers Monday on a felony charge of coercion and a misdemeanor charge of interfering with someone making a police report. He was booked in the jail Monday and no longer an inmate as of Tuesday.

Drugs — Christian Timothy Vallee, 21, of the 500 block of Barnum Drive, Phoenix. Phoenix police arrested Vallee Monday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and misdemeanor charges of unlawfully possessing heroin, unlawfully purchasing a firearm and unlawfully carrying or concealing a firearm. He was booked in the jail Monday and no longer an inmate as of Tuesday.

Officer Assault — David Ty Barker, 23, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Barker Tuesday on a felony charge of assaulting a police officer, misdemeanor charges of third-degree criminal mischief, harassment and resisting arrest and on an out-of-county warrant. He was held in jail Tuesday on $17,500 bail.

Strangulation — Timothy Grant Riggle, 63, of the 3500 block of Rainbow Lane, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Riggle Tuesday on a felony charge of strangulation constituting domestic abuse and first-degree unlawful use of a stun gun, tear gas or mace, misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic abuse, harassment and second-degree unlawful use of a stun gun, tear gas or mace. He was held in jail Tuesday on $40,000 bail.

Drugs — Dale Wade Wilson, 39, of the 1500 block of Grand Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Wilson Tuesday on felony charges of manufacturing and possessing methamphetamine and on a detainer for violating his parole on a prior first-degree burglary conviction. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.
