Theft — Roy Everett Hays-Pound, 44, no known address. Ashland police arrested Hays-Pound Wednesday on a felony warrant charging him with first degree theft. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday and released Thursday on his own recognizance.
Drugs — Samantha Lynn Antoniou, 24, of Chico, California. Central Point police arrested Antoniou Thursday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully carrying a concealed firearm. She was held in jail Thursday on $500,000 bail.
Sex Offender — Channing B. Holmes, 45, of Springfield. Ashland police arrested Holmes Wednesday on a felony charge of failing to report as a sex offender, a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police and on a Washington fugitive warrant. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.
Manslaughter — Jason Robert Renfro, 36, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Renfro Thursday on felony warrants charging him with first- and second-degree manslaughter, two counts of second-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was held in jail Thursday on $250,000 bail.
Elude — Donald Franklin Thomas III, 46, of the 100 block of De Hague Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Thomas Thursday on felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and felon in possession of a restricted weapon, misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of delivering and possessing meth, possessing Schedule II and Schedule IV controlled substances, driving under the influence of intoxicants and unlawfully possessing a marijuana item, and for violating his parole on a prior meth delivery conviction. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.
Drugs — Thore Anthony Thurman, 31, of Chico, California. Central Point police arrested Thurman Thursday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine and on a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He was held in jail Thursday on $512,500 bail.
