Felony arrests

Drugs — Theresa Marylynne DeRose, 49, of the 700 block of Diamond Street, Medford. Medford police arrested DeRose Wednesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine, felony warrants charging her on separate counts of manufacturing, delivering and possessing meth and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of second-degree theft. She was held in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $48,000 bail.

Drugs — Kayla Renee Ducote, 30, of the 100 block of Newtown Street, Medford. Ashland police arrested Ducote Wednesday on a felony warrant charging her with possessing methamphetamine and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was held in jail Wednesday on $207,500 bail.

Suspended Driving — Brian Christopher Elko, 31 of the 700 block of Diamond Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Elko Wednesday on a felony charge of driving while suspended or revoked. He was held in jail Wednesday on $10,000 bail.

Drugs — Cody Lee Kaeser, 22, no known address. Medford police arrested Kaeser Wednesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of interfering with police and third-degree criminal mischief, on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous second-degree trespassing charge and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior meth possession conviction. He was held in jail Wednesday without bail.

Officer Assault — Angela Renee Watts, 47, of the 300 block of South Ivy Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Watts Wednesday on a felony charge of assaulting a police officer and on misdemeanor charges of harassment, second-degree trespassing and third-degree theft. She was held in jail Wednesday on $10,000 bail.
