Drugs — Brandon Everette Gagneur, 23, of Klamath Falls. Medford police arrested Gagneur Sunday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine and delivering and possessing cocaine. He was held in jail Tuesday on $50,000 bail.
Elude — Jonathan Michael Fraioli, 33, of the 400 block of West Pine Street, Central Point. Medford police arrested Fraioli Monday on felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and felon in possession of a restricted weapon, misdemeanor charges of hit-and-run property damage, attempting to elude police by foot, reckless driving, interfering with police, recklessly endangering another person and on an out-of-county warrant. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail.
Murder — Robert Paul Keegan, 47, of Ashland. Ashland police arrested Keegan Monday on felony charges of second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter, misdemeanor charges of unlawfully carrying or concealing a firearm and recklessly endangering another person. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.
Drugs — Gary Ryan Lawrence, 43, of the 400 block of Southwest Harbeck Road, Grants Pass. Rogue River police arrested Lawrence Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on an out-of-county warrant. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.
