Attempted Rape — Brandon Lee Wilson, 37, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Wilson Tuesday on a felony charge of attempted first-degree rape and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $17,500 bail.
Criminal Mischief — Noah Tengi Bogart-Woeltje, 38, of the 1400 block of Orchard Home Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Bogart-Woeltje Wednesday on a felony charge of first degree criminal mischief, misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was held in jail Wednesday on $15,000 bail.
Drugs —Tyler John Chicano, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Chicano Wednesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing heroin and possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of interfering with police and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor warrant charging him with second-degree trespassing, and on a warrant for violating his probation on a prior second-degree trespassing conviction. He was held in jail Wednesday on $73,500 bail.
Sodomy — Christopher Andrew Tacia, 20, of the 1100 block of Gold Mine Avenue, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Tacia Wednesday on felony charges of third-degree sodomy, third-degree rape, second-degree sexual abuse, second-degree encouraging child sexual abuse and using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct. He was booked in the jail Wednesday.
