Felony arrests

Strangulation — Kyle Dean Barlow, 30, of the 1000 block of West Ninth Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Barlow Thursday on felony charges of strangulation constituting domestic violence and coercion, and misdemeanor charges of interfering with someone making a police report an harassment. Barlow was additionally charged Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court with a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Thursday and no longer an inmate as of Saturday.

Criminal Mischief — Anthony Michael Figaro, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Figaro Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief. He was booked in the jail Thursday and no longer an inmate as of Saturday.

Impaired Driving — Franklin Leroy Lister III, 31, of the 2700 block of Redwood Avenue, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lister Thursday on a felony charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and misdemeanor charges of reckless driving, third-degree criminal mischief and driving while suspended or revoked. He was booked in the jail Thursday and no longer an inmate as of Saturday.

Drugs — Gilbert Mondesi, 50, of the first bock of North Orange Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Mondesi Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended or revoked. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Supplying Contraband — Paul Richard Scuderi, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Scuderi Thursday on felony charges of supplying contraband and possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police and on a parole violation warrant. He was held in jail Saturday without bail.

Child Pornography — Jacob James Townsend, 46, of the 700 block of Beekman Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Townsend Thursday on 10 additional felony counts of using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct. Phoenix police originally arrested Townsend Oct. 19 on felony charges that included administering Schedule I or Schedule II controlled substances to a minor, custodial interference, identity theft and second-degree sexual abuse. He was held in jail Saturday on $770,000 bail.

Criminal Mischief — Anthony Michael Figaro, 29, no known address. Ashland police arrested Figaro Friday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief. He was booked in the jail Friday and no longer an inmate as of Saturday.
