Drugs — Austin Glenn Ganey, 26, of Brookings. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Ganey Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully possessing heroin and for violating his probation on prior aggravated theft, vehicle theft, identity theft and felon in possession of a firearm convictions. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail.
Drugs — Aaron William Jones, 49, of the 300 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Jones Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on an out-of-county warrant. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.
Criminal Mischief — Philip Brian Peterson, 60, no known address. Medford police arrested Jones Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief and on a misdemeanor charge of recklessly endangering another person. He was held in jail Tuesday on $12,500 bail.
Criminal Mischief — Ira Matthew Ponder, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Ponder Tuesday on felony charges of first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree burglary, possessing methamphetamine and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, interfering with someone making a police report and contempt of court for violating a no-contact order. He was held in jail Tuesday on $45,000 bail.
Identity Theft — David Jonathan Smith, 38, of the 400 block of South Fir Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Smith Tuesday on felony charges of identity theft, first-degree forgery and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday after posting bail.
Drugs — Nicole Breanne Thorne, 28, of the 800 block of Palm Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Thorne Tuesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine. She was held in jail Tuesday on $507,500 bail.
