Felony arrests

Drugs — Mason Richard Barrett, 20, of the 1900 block of Dale Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Barrett Thursday on felony charges of delivering cocaine and delivering oxycodone, and on a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully possessing a firearm or ammunition. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Thursday and no longer an inmate as of Friday.

Robbery — Jesse John Cayo, 19, of the 3000 block of Maple Court, White City. Medford police arrested Cayo Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree robbery and on a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully possessing a firearm or ammunition. He was held in jail Friday on $100,000 bail.

Drugs — Lars Erik Emanuelsson, 33, of the 500 block of Clay Street, Ashland. Central Point police arrested Emanuelsson Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine and misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of fourth-degree assault and second-degree theft and for violating his probation on a prior fourth-degree assault conviction. He was held in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Omar Jesus Alvarez, 21, of the 1100 block of Progress Drive, Medford. Central Point police arrested Alvarez Friday on felony charges of delivering and possessing cocaine and a misdemeanor charge of furnishing liquor to a minor or intoxicated person. He was held in jail Friday on $22,500 bail.

Drugs — Mason Richard Barrett, 20, of the 1900 block of Dale Street, Medford. On Friday, Barrett made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of possessing cocaine and misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and driving while suspended or revoked. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on Bond.

Criminal Mischief — Anthony Michael Figaro, 29, no known address. Figaro was charged Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court with a new felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief. Medford police originally arrested Figaro Dec. 30 on felony charges of second-degree burglary and first-degree theft. He was held in jail Friday on $60,000 bail.

Drugs — Devon Anthony McDonald, 27, no known address. Medford police arrest McDonald Friday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree disorderly conduct and for violating his parole on a prior first-degree burglary conviction. He was held in jail Friday without bail.

Mail Theft — Jose Guadalupe Noriega-Espinosa, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Noriega-Espinosa Friday on a felony charge of mail theft and a misdemeanor charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was held in jail Friday on $12,500 bail.
