Felony arrests

Drugs — William Travis Green, 45, of the 1700 block of Delta Waters Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Green Monday on a felony warrant charging him with unlawfully possessing less than an ounce of methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court for violating a restraining order and on a misdemeanor warrant charging him with second-degree disorderly conduct. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Monday and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Aggravated Harassment — Jessy Eugene Cullmer, 43, of the 400 block of Old Crater Lake Highway, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Cullmer Tuesday on a felony charge of aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing and on a detainer for violating his parole on a prior felon in possession of a firearm conviction. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail.

Drugs —Christopher Alfred Esselstrom, 45, of the 2500 block of Ashland Street, Ashland. Medford police arrested Esselstrom Tuesday on additional felony charges of delivering methamphetamine and possessing more than an ounce of meth. Medford police originally arrested Esselstrom Sunday on previous felony counts of manufacturing and delivering meth, and an earlier misdemeanor charge of unlawfully possessing meth. He was held in jail Tuesday on more than $1 million bail.

Burglary —Justin Allen Fisher, 33, of the 300 block of Sutter Avenue, Medford. Fisher was charged in Jackson County Circuit Court Tuesday Tuesday on new felony counts of first-degree burglary and coercion, and new misdemeanor counts of interfering with police and second-degree criminal mischief. Central Point police and Medford police originally arrested Fisher Dec. 19 on felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and possessing heroin and methamphetamine, and was later charged in December with additional misdemeanor charges of interfering with police, reckless driving, harassment, fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and three counts of contempt of court for violating no-contact orders. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.

Drugs — Caleb Lewis Holderman, 33, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Holderman Tuesday on a 2020 felony warrant charging him with possessing less than an ounce of methamphetamine and misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, felon in possession of a firearm and harassment. He was booked in the jail Tuesday.

Attempted Sodomy — Scott Lowell Jensen, 49, of the 2400 block of Garland Place, Medford. Phoenix police arrested Jensen Tuesday on felony charges of attempted first-degree sodomy and attempted first-degree sexual abuse and on a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court. He was held in jail Tuesday on $505,000 bail.

Sexual Abuse — Matthew Roy Vasquez-Daniels, 32, of the 100 block of Central Avenue, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Vasquez-Daniels Tuesday on felony charges of second-degree sexual abuse, second-degree custodial interference, tampering with a witness, misdemeanor charges of contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor, third-degree sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a minor, unlawfully delivering a marijuana item, a warrant for violating his probation on a prior drunken driving conviction, and on a detainer for violating his probation on a prior harassment conviction. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.

Strangulation — Dominic Weaver, 27, of the 700 block of Columbine Way, Central Point. Medford police arrested Weaver Tuesday on felony charges of strangulation and coercion, and a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence. He was held in jail Tuesday on $50,000 bail.
