Drugs — Toby Alexander Martinez, 30, of the 3000 block of Palmyra Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Martinez Monday on felony charges of delivering heroin and cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school, manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin and cocaine, felon in possession of a firearm and on a detainer for violating his parole on a prior attempted murder conviction. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail.
Assault — Jedidiah Hamlin Winegarden-Edgerton Sr., 38, of the 1900 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Winegarden-Edgerton Monday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence. He was booked in the jail Monday and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.
Officer Assault — Spencer Monte Todd Barnett, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Barnett Tuesday on two felony charges of assaulting a police officer and misdemeanor counts of second-degree trespassing, second-degree disorderly conduct, harassment and resisting arrest. He was booked in the jail Tuesday.
Vehicle Theft — Vanessa Carol Galindo, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Galindo Tuesday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a misdemeanor hit-and-run charge. She was held in jail Tuesday on $12,500 bail.
Drugs — Rachel Leann Martinez, 29, of the 5100 block of Laurel Avenue, Grants Pass. On Tuesday, Martinez made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court with a new felony charge of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and a new misdemeanor count of possessing heroin. Oregon State Police troopers originally arrested Martinez Tuesday on a misdemeanor warrant charging her with providing false information to police, violating her probation on prior first-degree criminal mischief and reckless driving convictions, and violating her parole on a prior vehicle theft conviction. She was held in jail Tuesday without bail.
