Officer Assault — Spencer Monte Todd Barnett, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Barnett Tuesday on a felony charge of assaulting a police officer and misdemeanor charges of attempted assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and second-degree trespassing. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $25,000 bail.
Drugs — Greg Cooley, 37, of Redding, California. Medford police arrested Cooley Tuesday on felony charges of manufacturing and delivering heroin, manufacturing and delivering methamphetamine and felon in possession of a firearm. He was held in jail Wednesday on $500,000 bail.
Drugs — Desiree Jane Mize, 40, of Redding, California. Medford police arrested Mize Tuesday on felony charges of delivering and manufacturing methamphetamine, delivering and manufacturing heroin and felon in possession of a firearm. She was held in jail Wednesday on $500,000 bail.
Elude — Shawn Byron McLoughlin, 30, of the 100 block of Lozier Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested McLoughlin Tuesday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He was additionally charged Wednesday in Jackson County Circuit Court with felony counts of felon in possession of a firearm and two counts of first-degree theft. He was held in jail Wednesday on $50,000 bail.
Drugs — Walter Damian Ochoa, 33, of the 7700 block of 24th Street, White City. On Wednesday, Ochoa made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on new felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine and delivering heroin, delivering and possessing heroin and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. Medford police originally arrested Ochoa Tuesday on a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and for violating his probation on a prior first-degree forgery conviction. He was held in jail Wednesday without bail.
Vehicle Theft — August Dawn Mansfield, 33, no known address. Phoenix police arrested Mansfield Wednesday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and attempting to elude police in a vehicle, and on a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He was held in jail Wednesday on $20,000 bail.
