Robbery — Joycelyn Estefania Rizo, 23, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Rizo Monday on a felony charge of third-degree robbery and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and interfering with someone making a police report. She was additionally charged Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court with a misdemeanor charge of recklessly endangering another person. She was held in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday on $10,000 bail.
Kidnapping — Rodney Edward Silva, 51, no known address. Medford police arrested Silva Monday on felony charges of first- and second-degree kidnapping and coercion, three misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and for violating his parole on a prior second-degree assault conviction. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.
Sexual Abuse — Michael Edward Eastabrook, 35, of the 800 block of Oak Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Eastabrook Tuesday on two felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was held in jail Tuesday on $500,000 bail.
Forgery Conspiracy — Destiny Lynn Snook, 22, of the 2600 block of Scenic Avenue, Central Point. Medford police arrested Snook Tuesday on felony charges of conspiring to commit second-degree forgery and conspiring to commit the crime of second-degree possessing a forged instrument, and misdemeanor charges of second-degree forgery, second-degree possessing a forged instrument and attempted second-degree theft. She was held in jail Tuesday on $22,500 bail.
