Marijuana — Rudy Lewis Lujano, 29, of the 400 block of Savage Creek Road, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lujano Wednesday on a felony charge of unlawfully delivering a marijuana item, unlawfully manufacturing a marijuana item and felon in possession of a firearm and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of failing to report as a sex offender. He was additionally charged in Jackson County Circuit Court Thursday on misdemeanor counts of second-degree criminal mischief and first-degree trespassing. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Thursday on $50,000 bail.
Officer Assault — Collins McQueen Farmer, 38, of Hillsboro. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Farmer Thursday on an additional felony charge of assaulting a police officer. Medford police originally arrested Farmer Feb. 2 on felony charges of first-degree bias crime, second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct. She was held in jail Thursday on $207,500 bail.
Drugs — Timber Ronald Roady, 29, of the 3100 block of Avenue G, White City. Medford police arrested Roady Thursday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing more than an ounce of methamphetamine, and on a detainer for violating his parole on a prior meth delivery conviction. He was booked in the jail Thursday.
Drugs —Jeremy Ryan Schelin, 34, of the 800 block of Central Avenue, Medford. On Thursday, Schelin made his initial court appearance on a new felony methamphetamine possession charge. Medford police originally arrested Schelin Wednesday on charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing less than an ounce of meth, and for violating his probation on a prior meth delivery conviction. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.
